We are a Low Income Housing Program. “Our service helps U.S citizens find low income housing. We have a database that show us all of the available homes in the area you are interested in rehoming to. We make sure it's in a nice neighborhood and if you have children we analyze the schooling. If you're interested we will facilitate the entire application process for you.” WE SERVE ALL AREAS AROUND THE U.S

Our Service Includes

Calling the Housing Authority or property manager
Setting up your appointment to view a home of your choice
Coordinate all info needed to qualify for housing
Pre Qualification for rental funding assistance if needed. Depending on your area
Track your status from submission to move in day
We not only assist in low income housing, We also assist in home ownership. If you're interested in purchasing a home, Interested in renting to own a home, Or interested in renting a home without low income. We will be more than happy to Facilitate the process for you!

The Housing Project Policy

ALL CUSTOMERS MUST BE ABLE TO PAY $800 OR MORE EACH MONTH FOR RENT. IF YOU ARE IN THE FREDERICKSBURG, STAFFORD AREA YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PAY $1000+ EACH MONTH FOR RENT AND THERE IS NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE IN THOSE AREAS.
THERE IS A $80 FEE FOR OUR SERVICES TO START AND FINISH YOUR PROJECT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY EXTENDED PAYMENT PLANS.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH WE ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT WE DON'T PROVIDE EMERGENCY HOUSING. IF YOU ARE FACING EMERGENCY EVICTION THE ONLY OPTION WE ARE ABLE TO FACILITATE IS A HOMELESS SHELTER WHILE PERMANENT HOUSING IS SOUGHT.
